Lessons
We offer Hunter/Jumper lessons to riders of all levels. Our program is tailored to help each rider meet their goals. Lessons are geared toward all around horsemanship. We feel that having a strong foundation of horsemanship knowledge is an important part of riding to keep our horses and riders safe. We regularly offer extra learning opportunities for our lesson students, including: riding and horsemanship clinics, free rides, partial leases, working student opportunities, and in-barn horse shows.

Lessons - $60
Students participating in our regular riding program are expected to ride a minimum of once each week. Our regular lesson students are expected to arrive prior to the start of their scheduled lesson time to catch, groom, and tack their horses. Riders should strive to be ready to ride at the start of their scheduled time. These riders should expect to stay an additional 30-45 minutes after their lesson to properly care for their horse and equipment.
Lessons are scheduled in both private and semi-private settings. Private lessons are approximately 30-45 minutes. Semi-private lessons are made up of 2-3 similarly skilled riders and are approximately 60-75 minutes.
New Rider Lessons - $75
Our New Rider lessons have a maximum of two students and are scheduled for 60-90 minutes. Our goal is to introduce new students to our environment in a low-key setting and give our detailed attention while you are here. After an initial new rider evaluation, a scheduling plan will be tailored to meet each individual's needs. First time beginner riders are taught to catch, groom, tack, and handle their horse on the ground, as well as time in the saddle during their lesson. Beginner riders should expect to complete an average of 8-10 New Rider lessons before moving into our standard lesson structure.
*Lessons are expected to be paid at the time of service. A $5.00 late fee will be added for late payment
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the most efficient scheduling process, we require lesson cancellations be made no less than 24 hours in advance. Payment will be required for any lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
